Series: Louis the Laugh

Reading the books in a series is a great path for young readers to build reading stamina and gain skills for more complicated reading later on. The Louis the Laugh series is a fantastic way for F2 students to get involved in longer stories with characters they can relate to. Louis dreams of becoming a comedian, but all sorts of different pre-teen problems seem to get in his way. His parents create too many expectations, girls are too difficult to figure out and not everyone at school is a friend. What’s a young comic to do?
